Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a confident and experienced

Parts Advisor / Customer Service professional

to join our busy team. This is a customer-facing and supplier-facing role that requires excellent communication, organisational skills, and a proactive attitude.

Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not essential - full training will be provided. Candidates with fleet or 1link platform experience will be at an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and order parts from suppliers in a timely and cost-effective manner Price up jobs accurately and efficiently using parts catalogues and supplier systems Liaise with technicians to ensure correct parts are ordered for repairs and servicing Deal with customer and supplier enquiries over the phone, email, and in person Communicate clearly with customers about estimates, job status, and part availability Handle parts returns and warranty claims with suppliers Assist in managing stock levels and keeping records up to date Use internal systems and 1link platform to process bookings and updates (training provided)

Requirements:

Experience in a similar Parts Advisor / Customer Service role is essential

Automotive industry experience is highly desirable but not essential Strong computer skills and confident using ordering platforms and online catalogues Experience using

or dealing with

fleet servicing

is a strong advantage Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced workshop environment A proactive and team-focused attitude
