Recoturbo is one of the UK's leading turbocharger remanufacturers.
As a Parts Advisor, you will be our client's primary point of contact. Your duties and responsibilities will include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
You will act as a liaison, providing information on our products & services and answering any questions the customer may have. All of our calls are inbound with no cold calling, we have a regular customer base. You will be genuinely excited to help customers. You'll be patient, empathetic and understanding of the value of good communication skills. You will be able put yourself in the customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving should come naturally to you, allowing you to confidently troubleshoot and investigate issues as they present, following them through to resolution focusing on providing the best possible levels of customer service.
Your only targets are to ensure excellent customer service, and to respond efficiently to customer inquiries whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction.
