Maud, Aberdeenshire as our Parts Advisor.

As our Parts Advisor you will be responsible for the day to day running of our parts department as well as being an integral member of our highly skilled and motivated team whose main aim is to provide an exemplary service to all our customers.

The Role as Parts Advisor

Receive and unload new stock and deliveries. Sort, store and record incoming parts and materials. Pick and distribute parts for technicians within the workshop, working from job sheets and alongside other staff. Ensure accurate identification and ordering of parts for customers' needs by means of parts catalogues Respond to internal workshop and external customer queries. Maintain and check equipment and tools regularly to ensure they meet required standards.

Skills & experience required

Previous parts or automotive experience desirable but not essential. Good attention to detail while working under time pressures Proven track record of carrying out work to consistent high standards and deadlines. Competently follow written and spoken instructions
