We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and customer-driven Parts Advisor to join our busy Aftersales team. This is your opportunity to play a key role in keeping our customers on the road -- providing exceptional service, expert knowledge, and real support to both our technicians and retail customers.

What You'll Be Doing

Accurately identifying and supplying parts to customers and technicians Building and maintaining strong customer relationships -- both face-to-face and over the phone Managing stock levels and ensuring accurate records are kept Processing orders efficiently and effectively Supporting the Service team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction Ensuring all work meets company standards and industry best practice

A motivated, positive individual with great communication skills Experience within a Parts Department or customer service environment (automotive experience preferred, but not essential) A team player who enjoys working with others to achieve shared goals Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
