We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused

Parts Advisor

to join our dynamic team at our

Portsmouth

depot.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established and respected company within the commercial vehicle sector. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support, helping them find the right parts efficiently and accurately.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 4 hours, i.e. 42.5 hours per week, 30 minute lunch (unpaid).

Salary:

Up to 32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:



Working within a busy aftersales department. Pricing of parts identified by the workshop and update the system in a timely manner. Pre-pick all parts in line with the time frame set out. Building professional and trustworthy relationships with our customers. Satisfying internal parts requirements and interacting with our busy workshop team. Accepting and receiving deliveries from DAF and other suppliers. Processing deliveries and allocating parts to relevant jobs. Processing old units and new part returns. Liaising with key suppliers.

Ideally, we are looking for:



2 years' experience in the motor trade parts department is essential. LCV or HGV experience. Excellent customer service and strong administration skills. Ability to work under pressure.
