Rygor is looking for an experienced and dedicated Parts Advisor to support their growing team and deliver exceptional service to their valued customers. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our parts department, contributing to both customer satisfaction and business performance. Day to day, you will be:
Greeting parts customers on site, making them feel welcome and providing exceptional customer service
Assisting technicians by looking up parts needed for vehicle repair
Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ins and wholesale customers with their part needs
Tracking and booking in all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership
Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock and thinking outside the box to ensure they keep customer vehicles on the road
Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed appropriately
Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer
Refer to parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model and year of vehicles being serviced
This role will be a great fit for you if:
You have previous working experience as a Parts Advisor or in a parts position within the automotive industry.
Have exceptional communication skills and love delivering brilliant customer service.
Retail counter and phone experience desirable.
You are computer literate and confident using technology.
Ability to use all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge.
