dedicated Parts Advisor
to join our friendly and professional team.
About the Role:
As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a vital role in keeping our aftersales operations running smoothly. You'll be responsible for ensuring that parts are correctly booked into stock, ordered efficiently, and readily available to meet workshop and customer needs. Your ability to stay on top of manufacturer bulletins and training will help maintain the high standards Richmond is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking in parts into stock promptly and accurately
Processing daily parts orders to ensure timely delivery and availability
Keeping up to date with manufacturer bulletins, recalls, and technical information
Completing ongoing manufacturer training to remain compliant and informed
Providing excellent customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone
Supporting technicians and service advisors with parts identification and ordering
Maintaining stock levels and ensuring the parts department is clean, organised, and well-presented
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a parts or automotive role preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient with computer systems and stock management software
A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and grow
