Main purpose: Fulfil internal and external parts orders, grow parts business, follow all department procedures, and provide fast, accurate customer service.
Responsibilities: Handle all orders promptly and courteously; understand trading terms for retail, warranty and trade; check deliveries against notes and bin correctly; ensure all parts are properly located; deliver orders accurately; carry out full and perpetual stock checks; maintain clean, priced displays; ensure old units are cleaned, drained and returned correctly; maintain surcharge ledger; attend training when required; follow cash and account-handling rules; report stock damage/loss; keep EPC system updated; assist with stock checks; pack and load parts correctly; manage despatch tasks; maintain strong supplier and inter-departmental relationships.
