Key Responsibilities

Interpret customer needs and supply goods as requested, utilising a thorough knowledge of parts catalogues and systems Provide expert advice on parts selection, fitment, and compatibility to customers and technicians Process parts orders, manage inventory, and maintain accurate stock levels Utilise the Kerridge/ADP computer system for parts lookup, ordering, and inventory management Ensure timely delivery of parts to service departments and external customers Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently Maintain a clean and organised parts department Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure smooth operations Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and parts innovations Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
