What you'll be doing:
As a
Parts Advisor
, youll play a key role in driving parts sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting smooth operations across the business. Youll build strong relationships with customers, promote company products, and ensure all transactions and stock processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and safeguard all payments for cash invoices.
Liaise effectively with relevant departments across the business.
Maintain a strong customer focus throughout all parts operations.
Build and sustain professional relationships to deliver outstanding service.
Keep customers fully informed of any cost changes, invoice details, and future requirements.
Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, escalating unresolved issues to the Parts Supervisor/Manager.
Accurately interpret manufacturer parts deliveries.
Replenish stock in accordance with the companys warehouse location system.
What we are looking for:
IT literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and web-based applications
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
High attention to detail and accuracy
