Parts Advisor

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing a world-class service to retail and trade customers, both face-to-face and over the phone Identifying and supplying the correct BMW/MINI parts quickly and accurately Managing stock levels and ordering parts efficiently Supporting the workshop team to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery Processing invoices, handling payments, and updating records Staying up to date with the latest BMW product knowledge and promotions

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a Parts Advisor or automotive aftersales role (BMW experience is a plus, but not essential) Strong communication and customer service skills A proactive and organised approach with great attention to detail Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment IT literacy and familiarity with parts management systems A full UK driving licence is preferred
