We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of parts requests. This position requires excellent organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail to maintain inventory and assist customers with their parts needs.
Responsibilities
Assist customers and service team in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their needs.
Maintain an organised inventory of parts, ensuring that stock levels are monitored and replenished as necessary.
Communicate effectively with both customers and suppliers to facilitate timely order processing.
Utilise our advanced dealer management system to track orders, manage inventory, and generate reports as required.
Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries and orders.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Ensure all parts are correctly labelled and stored in designated locations for easy access.
Skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse clientele.
Demonstrated phone etiquette to provide a professional customer service experience.
Ability to maintain accurate records and manage inventory efficiently.
