Parts Advisor - Drive Motor Retail, Weston-super-mare

Basic Salary: 27,500 | OTE: Up to 30,500

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (No Weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide efficient, knowledgeable service to retail, trade, and internal workshop customers Process parts enquiries and orders with accuracy and urgency Identify additional sales opportunities and promote special offers Use your technical knowledge to assist customers clearly and confidently Communicate any stock discrepancies to the Parts Manager promptly Maintain compliance with company processes and customer data protection policies
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working as a

Parts Advisor

in a dealership or and Automotive environment Strong working knowledge of

parts catalogues

and stock control systems High level of accuracy in all administrative tasks and record-keeping Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting team targets
Desirable:

Experience with

CDK (Kerridge)

systems A solid technical understanding of motor vehicles and components
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 30,500.00 per year
