About the role

This individual will be the first point of contact for customer queries and information regarding stock. Working as part of the Advisory team, this individual will need the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively to ensure service requirements are met to exceptional standards. This role will involve building a rapport with customers, providing excellent customer service and meeting customer and management expectations. Various systems are used to ensure correct parts are advised and ordered; therefore, a standard level of IT competency is required. This is an entry level role and all training will be provided. The successful candidate will be appointed a coach/mentor to develop their knowledge of parts and in house systems

Requirements:

A passion for motor vehicle and the automotive industry

Computer literate

Enthusiastic and energetic

Reliable, flexible and punctual - weekend work is required on alternate weekends
