Renault Truck Commercials based in Avonmouth, Bristol is recruiting for a customer service driven Parts Delivery Driver who will provide a standard of service to customers that will promote the profitable sale of Parts and Accessories.


Working Monday to Friday: 40 hours 08.30 to 16.30 Paying up to 12.95 pr hr


Full UK manual Driving Licence required

Overview of duties:



To maintain high levels of customer service, by responding promptly to customer queries Ensure correct orders are loaded for customer delivery Ensure awareness of reasoning behind any shortfalls on delivery and remedial actions proposed Assist in the pick and load of customer orders for delivery Deliver parts to customers within the geographical area on a timely basis.. Promote sales of parts at all times Assist in Parts promotions. Support parts department as required during holiday, sickness and training periods.

Requirements:



Full UK Manual Driving Licence

Experience of a customer service driven delivery role with excellent communication skills Fit and Healthy to lift heavy parts following the manual handling guidelines Computer savvy to be able to work on in house systems and outlook emails Good organisational skills Experience in stock control and health and safety in the workplace
