Our client, the leading experts in the sales, hire and servicing of industrial cleaning machines for commercial and heavy duty use are now seeking a

Parts and Hire Supervisor

to join their team in Tewkesbury. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and working alongside the Office Manager and Service Manager with day-to-day activities.

Over the years, the business has gained valuable experience and expertise in all areas of the industry. The business has been family run since 1988, which means that the focus on customer service is very important to them.

This is coupled with a commitment to provide their customers with excellent service from initial inquiry right through to the excellent after sales service.

Key Responsibilities of the Parts and Hire Supervisor:

Ordering Parts and working with suppliers Parts Quotations and working with customers Stock Control Despatching Parts, Booking Parts in and out of stores Put deliveries of parts away in stores Working with the engineering Team to get their parts ready Set up Hire agreements Customer and Supplier set up forms Book Hire Delivery and Collections Check hire machine availability Processing warranty Claims

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) Strong attention to detail Computer literate - experience in data input, manipulation and evaluation Ability to follow defined processes Desire to take on a highly responsible role You need to be able to problem solve You are able to work on your own initiative

Benefits:

Competitive salary of 30,000 salary depending on experience. Company Pension 39 hours per week, 8:00 am until 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 am until 3:30 pm Friday. After 12 months successful service, you will be eligible for the company bonus scheme.
