As a Parts Supervisor within our Environmental Municipal Civil business, you will take ownership of the parts function across multiple locations, ensuring availability, accuracy, and service delivery. This Parts Supervisor position is hands-on, outcome-focused, and critical to keeping vehicles and plant operational while supporting cost control and customer service. Parts Supervisor roles do not come up often in EMC asset rental, especially when they span multiple sites and real operational ownership. If you are experienced in parts leadership, inventory control, and keeping fleets moving, this could be the role that gives you broader influence and visibility.
Lead and supervise parts teams across multiple sites, setting clear priorities and standards
Ensure stock availability, accurate inventory control, and effective replenishment of site and van stock
Own service levels and KPIs, ensuring parts are delivered on time to support operational uptime
Oversee stock movements, receipting, issuing, and stocktaking with corrective actions where required
Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance across all parts operations
About You
You enjoy leading people, solving problems, and taking responsibility for results rather than just tasks. You are comfortable balancing service delivery with cost awareness and understand how downtime impacts the wider business.
Leadership experience within a parts, stores, or inventory environment, ideally linked to automotive or plant operations
Confidence supervising teams and building accountability through clear expectations and support
Strong understanding of stock management principles and how inventory links to financial performance
Able to prioritise workloads, work to deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
Not sure you tick every box? If you bring transferable experience and the right mindset, we would still encourage you to apply
