Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Advisor or Manager to join our team at Aird Motors in Beauly. The role will involve sourcing and supplying parts for Cars and ATV's both internally to our workshop and externally to our private and trade customers. Parts experience would be beneficial but we would consider someone with a mechanical or engineering background. Training will be provided on our systems and processes. A good salary will be provided with overtime available. Terms are negotiable dependant on experience and skills.
Duties:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts
- Sourcing and supplying our own internal workshops with the correct parts
- Organise parts inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Assisting the Service Reception when required
Experience:
- Parts experience within the motor trade beneficial but not essential
- Good communication skills and ability to build relationships internally & externally.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Good computer skills
- Team player with a can do attitude
