What we are looking for

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer-oriented Parts Manager to join the dynamic Parts Department at a reputable main dealership in Wolverhampton.

As the successful candidate you will work within our well-established dealership team in Wolverhampton providing parts assistance on behalf of the Sycamore and Harley-Davidson brand.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries and orders. Oversee parts ordering, stock management, and efficient invoicing processes to maintain smooth department operations. Ensure accurate and timely processing of bookings, payments, and other administrative tasks. Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales performance and parts availability.

Experience / Qualifications

Proven experience in a parts management role, preferably within the automotive industry.

Strong teamwork skills with a focus on enhancing overall sales and profitability.

Highly customer-focused with a passion for delivering top-notch service and exceeding customer expectations.

Excellent organizational and stock management skills.

A valid driving license is required.

Personal Qualities

Active Positive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude. Professional manner. Enthusiasm towards Motorcycles is a bonus. Flexible and reliable.

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week, specifically Tuesday to Friday from 8.30 to 5.30 and Saturdays 8.30 to 5.00

Salary:

Competitive based on experience with bonus scheme
