Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Telesales Supervisor is responsible for leading, managing and motivating the Telesales team to achieve and exceed sales growth. Through the team, develop strong relationships with Customers, by providing expert knowledge and support and provide an exceptional Customer service experience.

Key Activities include:
Measure and coach Telesales team performance
Work closely with the Business Development Executives and Centre Managers, to ensure Customer promotions and campaigns are executed
Attend weekly 1 to 1's with your Centre Manager
Conduct regular 1 to 1's with the Telesales team
Support with recruitment of new Telesales Colleagues
Liaise with the Warehouse team that all returns, and credit sales transactions are swiftly dealt with and authorised appropriately
Liaise with the Accounts team to support Customer account queries
Conduct regular 1 to 1's with the Warehouse and Driver Colleagues
Provide a high level of service to Customers by ensuring your team follow the correct Warehouse processes and procedures
With the management team, monitor delivery schedules
Ensure all inbound stock is checked, and allocated to the correct locations, reporting any issues
Maintain a stock inventory, including running regular inventory checks
Ensure all returns are processed
Maintaining high standards within the Warehouse
Through the team, ensure orders are picked accurately and promptly, ready for despatch to the Customer
Key skills required:
Be a confident and capable communicator, both written and verbally
Basic understanding of using a computer, full training of systems and software used will be provided
Be a 'Team Player'
Previous experience of working in a supervisory or management position desirable
