Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

: Provide exceptional support to customers by identifying their needs and offering the best parts and solutions.

Sales

: Actively promote and sell HGV parts, accessories, and services to both new and existing customers.

Parts Identification

: Use technical knowledge to correctly identify parts and provide accurate advice.

Stock Control

: Assist with stock management, including checking availability and placing orders.

Quotations

: Prepare accurate customer quotes, ensuring competitive pricing.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with the sales team, warehouse staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Experience in Parts Sales

(preferably in HGV or automotive industry). Strong knowledge of HGV parts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Good IT skills, with experience in parts software systems (preferred). A proactive, customer-first approach with great attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
