25,000 per year pro rata.About the Role
We're seeking an experienced accountant -- including semi?retired or retired professionals -- to manage our day?to?day financial processes. You'll play a key role in keeping our accounts accurate and up to date.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing approximately 20 invoices per month Managing expenses and receipts Chasing outstanding payments Running payroll for our team of 7 full?time employees Maintaining accurate and organised financial records Supporting general finance administration as needed
What We're Looking For
Strong accounting experience (qualified or qualified?by?experience)
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Someone proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently A friendly team player who enjoys contributing to a small, collaborative environmentRole Details
