WE'RE HIRING - REGISTERED MANAGER (PART-TIME)
This service is designed for male adults with complex mental health needs requiring stable, single-gender accommodation due to risk, compatibility, and recovery environment considerations, this opportunity is only suitable for males.
Location: Grays, Essex (Hybrid - 1 day/week on-site, some remote)
Pay: 150-180/day (Freelance) + bonus for each successful referral
We are a newly CQC-registered supported living provider for adults with mental health needs.
Our first 6-bed property in Grays is ready for placements, and we're looking for a confident, experienced Registered Manager to help us deliver high-quality care and grow the service.
You will:
- Hold our CQC registration
- Handle referral assessments and support plans
- Oversee care plans, risk assessments and compliance
- Visit the property 1 day/week and provide light remote oversight
- Liaise with local authorities and brokers
- Help recruit and guide frontline staff
You should have:
- Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or nearly done)
- RM or Deputy RM experience in supported living (mental health preferred)
- Understanding of CQC KLOEs, documentation and audits
- Ideally some relationships with placement teams in Essex or East London
