Job Overview



This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a multifaceted role as an assistant with web design capability, with a flexible working arrangement and a good work/life balance. You will support our Operations Director to oversee a wide range of marketing and administrative duties and help ensure the smooth running of our operations and our client's businesses.

This is a hybrid position, mostly remote with occasional in-person client or team meetings (typically 1-2 times per month).

Note that this is primarily an admin role that will span various competencies as detailed below, however, the successful candidate

MUST

have knowledge and experience of aesthetic and technical web design and be able to problem-solve technical issues with websites and emails.

Key Responsibilities



Design and update websites using WordPress Elementor Troubleshoot website and email issues Write copy for marketing materials, newsletters, and website content Carry out web marketing tasks like SEO editing websites and setting up and managing google ads (training can be provided) Conduct research mini-projects Call prospective and current clients to check in and book meetings Liaise directly with clients via phone, video call and email Plan tasks, follow up with colleagues and clients to ensure deadlines are met Provide administrative support to support the day-to-day business operations Provide personal assistance to our Operations Director Support recruitment activities, drafting job roles and calling candidates (training provided) Help improve internal processes Promote the business and help secure new clients

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in web design is a must Knowledge and experience in SEO and Google Ads is a bonus Ability to work with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and SharePoint High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Strong communication skills for copywriting and calls Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams Pleasant, positive and personable character with a collaborative mindset
This is a part-time position with flexible hours to be agreed upon, ranging between 10-20 hours per week.

The full-time equivalent salary is 28,000 per year, based on a 40-hour work week.
