We're now looking for a
Part-Time Admin Assistant / Office Manager
to help keep our office running smoothly and support the team with day-to-day administration tasks.
The Role:
This is a flexible role that would suit someone organised, proactive, and happy to get stuck into a range of office duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for a mixture of clerical work and basic office management, including:
General data entry and updating records
Answering phones and managing email correspondence
Organising digital files and keeping records up to date
Handling basic invoicing and assisting with accounts admin
Ordering office supplies and managing stationery / stock levels
Booking travel or accommodation when needed
Supporting the team with any general admin tasks to help the business run efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in administration, office management, payroll/finance or clerical work
Good IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A friendly and professional approach, with good communication skills
Someone who can work independently and manage their own workload
