Part-Time Administrative Executive

, where you'll play a key role in managing client enquiries, promoting our services to care homes, and supporting outreach with local councils.

This flexible role includes

3 scheduled office hours per week plus

2 paid remote hours for call handling

, and a brief

30-minute team meeting on Fridays

. You'll be the first point of contact for incoming calls (on a company mobile phone), support appointment scheduling, and represent our service in discussions with clients, local partners and stakeholders.

Ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and mission-led healthcare company. Previous experience in healthcare or customer-facing roles is preferred, and familiarity with Microsoft Office or CRM tools is a bonus.

Role-Specific Duties:



Act as the first point of contact for incoming client enquiries, especially by telephone Respond to all client communications promptly and professionally, including escalating concerns that require management input Schedule and coordinate client appointments during office-based hours Contact local care homes to promote the company's care staffing solutions (temporary and long-term) Liaise with local councils to support service arrangements, care packages, and funding discussions Organise and coordinate meetings with local authority representatives when required Maintain accurate records of all communications, appointments, and outreach activities Attend a weekly 30-minute management meeting to report on updates and priorities Ensure all interactions reflect the values and professionalism of the organisation as a care provider
