We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your role will be pivotal in creating memorable experiences for patrons while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organised and clean bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders promptly and efficiently. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in restocking supplies as needed and help maintain inventory levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. A passion for hospitality, with a friendly demeanour that enhances customer interactions. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. A willingness to help colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.75-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 21 per week
