Part-time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Are you looking for a part-time role, working in a friendly and supportive team environment? We are recruiting for an experienced Part-time Bookkeeper to join our small friendly office based in Brookmans Park. The position is an all-round accounting role to trial balance, including VAT returns, transactional work and bank reconciliations. The hours are flexible, working 20-25 hours per week across 5 days Monday-Friday.
As a Bookkeeper, you will undertake the following duties:
Preparing quarterly VAT returns
Expense accounting
Preparing accounts to trial balance
Bank reconciliations & bank feeds
The Individual
All round bookkeeping experience to trial balance, including VAT returns and bank reconciliation work
Have a sound knowledge of Excel and Word
Experience using Sage Business Cloud is essential
Experience using Sage 50 Accounts
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised
Attention to detail
Flexible attitude to work in a busy team environment
