Are you an experienced and self-motivated Bookkeeper looking for a flexible, part-time role right in the heart of Ipswich? We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to join our vibrant business centre team.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for the smooth running of our financial records and supporting our business operations. Your primary duties will include:
General bookkeeping for the business centre
Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
Performing regular bank reconciliations
Posting and reviewing journals
What We're Looking For
AAT qualified (or equivalent) with proven bookkeeping experience
Proficient in Xero accounting software
Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent B2B communication abilities, both written and verbal
Self-motivated, able to work independently and use your own initiative
Meticulous attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
