Part Time Bookkeeper

Job Description

We are a growing manufacturing business based in Oxfordshire, seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our expanding operations. This is a part-time role, ideally spread over two days per week, with flexibility to suit the right candidate.

About the Role:


Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will join a friendly team, contributing to the smooth running of the finance department. The role requires strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Match and allocate delivery notes to supplier invoices Process and input purchase and sales invoices Allocate payments to invoices accurately Reconcile customer accounts Prepare and send monthly account statements Monitor and manage aged debtor reports Perform general office and administrative duties as needed

Key Requirements:



Proven experience in a similar bookkeeping or finance role Strong understanding of accounting procedures Familiarity with accounting software (experience with Xero is advantageous but not essential) Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
