Part Time Bookkeeper reporting to the Managing Director
Must have Experience in the Xero software combined with experience in accounts, invoicing, invoice reconciliation, bank accounts reconciliation, payment of suppliers, payroll input, completion of statutory returns including VAT, general filing.
Ad-hoc office related duties - ordering office supplies, paying utlity bills.
The incumbent can work from home in their own time. We envisage a minimum of ten hours work per week done at a time that fits in with them.
Occasional visits to the office to pick up post, refer to customer files etc.
To produce financial reports as required.
To answer finance related queries as required.
To maintain the Xero accounting system.
Credit control - First stage debt chasing.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 200.00-280.00 per week
Expected hours: 10 per week
