We are recruiting a

Part-Time Children's Activity Practitioner

to deliver after-school, weekend and occasional morning sessions through our

Rugby Minis

programmes. Contracted hours continue during

school holiday camps

.

This role suits people with

experience working with children

, including teachers, childcare practitioners, teaching assistants, sports/activity leaders or similar backgrounds.

Teaching or childcare qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Hours

12 hours per week

After-school clubs

Monday-Thursday

, working anytime between

14:00-16:30

One weekend shift

(Saturday orSunday) Occasional weekday morning sessions (e.g. Wednesday mornings)

Contracted hours continue during school holiday camps (12 hours per week)

Additional hours may be available by agreement

Pay

12.21-15 per hour

, depending on experience and qualifications

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver engaging children's activity sessions in schools and community venues Lead after-school and weekend sessions confidently and safely Support positive behaviour and child engagement Uphold safeguarding, health & safety and company standards Communicate professionally with parents, venues and the wider team

Who We're Looking For

Experience working with children (essential) Teaching, childcare or relevant activity qualification

desirable but not required

Confident leading small groups independently Able to commit to

one weekend shift every week

Available for after-school delivery between

14:00-16:30

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
