We are a thriving accountancy practice based in Camberley and we require a part-time company secretary to manage and deliver our company secretarial service to clients. Previous company secretarial experience essential.
Your work will include:
Drafting and managing share transactions, capital reductions, and group reorganisations in collaboration with tax specialists.
Advising clients on company law, governance, and compliance matters.
Drafting and filing documents in line with the Companies Act 2006 and articles of association and Companies House requirements eg Confirmation Statements.
Identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships and cross-service collaboration.
Would suit QBE or qualified candidate.
This role could also include client bookkeeping, preparation of VAT returns & management accounts so would benefit from good knowledge of either/both Xero and QuickBooks.

Good interpersonal skills and personal presentation
Good organisation and planning skills
To be a confident and competent user of IT
Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
To be able to cope with all types and sizes of businesses
