Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and reliable

Part-Time Construction Project Manager

to oversee and coordinate small-to-mid-sized construction projects. This role is ideal for a semi-retired professional looking to stay engaged in the industry without the demands of a full-time schedule.

You will serve as the key point of contact between ownership, contractors, and vendors, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage construction timelines, schedules, and budgets Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections Review project drawings and specifications Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and permits Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings Communicate any updates and issues

Qualifications:



6+ years of experience in construction project management or related field Proven track record of managing construction projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working flexible hours (approx. 15-20 hours/week)
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 16,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
