Key Responsibilities:
Manage construction timelines, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections
Review project drawings and specifications
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and permits
Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings
Communicate any updates and issues
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in construction project management or related field
Proven track record of managing construction projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable working flexible hours (approx. 15-20 hours/week)
