P4BA is a growing architectural practice based in Greater Manchester, known for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments including private homes, apartment blocks, HMOs, care homes, and conversions. We're now looking for a proactive

Business Development Manager

with industry insight to help drive growth and expand our client base across the North West and beyond.

This is a key strategic role ideal for someone with experience in business development, sales, or marketing within architecture, construction, or property-related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential and commercial development sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, agents, and planning professionals. Represent the practice at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings. Support bid writing, fee proposals, and tender submissions. Work closely with Directors to develop marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials. Maintain and update CRM systems and business development reporting.

What We're Looking For

Proven track record in business development, preferably within architecture, property, or construction. Strong network within the development or built environment sectors. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working independently. Understanding of architectural services and project workflows is desirable. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
