We are now hiring a creative, enthusiastic

Part-Time Content Creator

to join our growing team. This is an

on-site role

, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on fashion retail environment and has a passion for creating high-quality digital content that tells a story.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for capturing and producing content that reflects the boutique's aesthetic, enhances brand storytelling, and promotes product discovery. You will also be required to support our sales team from time to time, giving you valuable insight into the products and customer experience--helping you create more authentic, compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit

product review videos

and other engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and Reels--filmed on location in our stores. Create photo and video content that showcases new arrivals, styling tips, staff picks, and in-store promotions. Write polished, fashion-forward captions and short-form copy aligned with brand voice. Collaborate closely with the retail team to highlight trending pieces and seasonal collections. Support day-to-day store activities when needed, including styling for shoots or assisting during busy retail periods. Stay up to date on social media trends, platform algorithms, and digital fashion content.

Requirements:

Experience creating fashion or lifestyle content for Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms (portfolio or links required). Confident using photo/video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, InShot, Lightroom, or Adobe Creative Suite. A strong eye for styling, fashion presentation, and premium retail branding. Comfortable filming in a live retail environment and interacting with the team and customers. Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple content tasks. Must be available to work

on-site in both Bangor and Newtownards

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
