Position Overview:
We are seeking Part Time Coaching & Centre Staff to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre. This is a customer-facing role that requires a hard-working and flexible individual who is dedicated to ensuring exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on the go coaching sessions to players of varying skill levels
- Manage the operations of the indoor cricket centre, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
- Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere within the centre
- Work collaboratively with staff and management in achieving the centre's goals
- Managing social media channels, uploading content and offers
Qualifications:
- Proven cricket ability.
- Appropriate cricket coaching qualifications and certifications
- Prior experience in coaching and/or sports management
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude
- Hard-working, independent, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
