We're looking for a friendly, energetic Customer Service Assistant to help us deliver warm, personal experiences for our online and food service customers.
Role Overview
As our Customer Service Assistant you'll be a key part of the team --a helpful voice on the other end of the phone and emails.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Replying to customer support emails, social media messages and phone calls.
Handle customer queries and returns with empathy and professionalism.
Product Knowledge
Know our full range of breads, bagels, pastries.
Advise customers on ingredients, allergens, and seasonal products.
Teamwork
Support the baking and preparation teams as needed (e.g., packaging, restocking).
Communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and happy customers.
Assisting Operations Manager and Founders where needed.
Some Weekend Events
Throughout the year, you may be asked to get involved in some weekend customer events.
