individual to join our team as a

Part-Time Customer Support & Property Agent

. This is a varied and rewarding role that blends customer service, property coordination, and property management.

Key Responsibilities



Customer & Admin Support



Handle client queries via phone, email, and website Support clients with property listings and enquiries Manage viewings and coordinate schedules Assist with referencing, invoicing, scanning, and filing General office admin and ad hoc support to the Director

Property Management



Coordinate property maintenance and contractor call-outs Manage invoices, statements, and payment tracking Handle tenant and landlord call-backs and queries Maintain accurate records of property communications

Sales & Lead Generation



Respond to and follow up on client enquiries Identify and nurture leads Support sales progression and property negotiations Promote services to potential clients

Tech & Tools



Use internal dashboards, CRM systems, and property platforms (e.g., Rightmove, Zoopla) Embrace digital tools to streamline communication and operations

What We're Looking For



Dependable, organised, and a self-starter Energetic, driven, and client-focused Excellent multitasking and communication skills Excellend grammar and written English Strong Microsoft Office and digital platform experience Passion for property and a proactive attitude Experienced in customer support and property Able to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours



Part-Time:

4 hours per day, Monday to Friday Flexible schedule within standard office hours Occasional weekend work may be required
