We are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Dental Laboratory Receptionist to provide front-desk and administrative support for our busy dental laboratory. This role is the first point of contact for dental professionals, visitors, and service providers and is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the laboratory.
The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality at all times.

- Hours: 17.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-12:00pm)
- Reporting to: Rosemont Dental Group Head Office
Key Responsibilities
1. Work Intake, Dispatch & Records
- Accurately receive, log, and data-entry incoming laboratory work
- Maintain accurate records in line with confidentiality and data protection requirements
- Ensure completed work is correctly packaged and ready for dispatch
- Post completed work daily using the expense card, adhering to budget limits
- Prepare new monthly laboratory docket folders
2. Post, Deliveries & Communication
- Open and distribute incoming post and deliveries
- Monitor and respond to emails promptly
- Liaise with drivers regarding collections and deliveries
3. Stock & Supplies Management
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of laboratory materials
- Ensure adequate supply of lab dockets and lab bags
- Maintain office stationery, refreshments, and toiletries using the expense card and within budget
- Report stock level updates to Rosemont Dental Group Head Office
4. Payroll & Staff Support
- Track employee overtime weekly
- Submit overtime and any additional payroll information to RDG Head Office by the required deadlines
5. General
- Carry out ad hoc administrative duties as required to support the laboratory team
Schedule of Key Tasks (Summary)
- Daily: Data entry, packaging and posting work, post handling, email monitoring
- Weekly: Stock checks, overtime tracking
- Bi-Weekly: Office supplies, refreshments, lab docket and bag stock checks
- Monthly: Prepare new lab docket folders, submit payroll information

Qualifications & Experience
