We are multi-disciplinary private dental practices providing very high standard dental services to all our patients in a warm, calming environment. We are currently looking for a part-time Dental Receptionist to join our high performing team who will be supported by a Practice Manager and a Treatment Co-ordinator. This will suit someone who has keen interest in Dentistry and looking for a career in that industry.

Days required - Monday (Bank), Tuesday (Northwood), Thursday (Bank), every other Saturday (Northwood)

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be:

Highly organised Have great attention to detail Fantastic communicator, who will provide warm and welcoming environment to the patients Highly driven and will work towards improving patient journey in line with the practice vision and values Extremely committed to both the role and the practice
Responsibilities Opening and closing the practice, setting up reception area ready for the day

Meeting and greeting patients in a friendly manner Answering telephone calls from new and existing patients Following up on enquiries and e-mails Booking in patients and managing the Dentist's diaries Taking payments for treatments before and after appointments, in line with our holding fee policy Providing an excellent level of customer service to all our patients at all times.
This role is subject to basic DBS checks

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
