We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our team on Mondays and Wednesdays. We are a family run practice that has been providing dental care in Moreton for 58 years. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties
Greet patients upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations using our practice management software.
Handle patient inquiries both in person and over the phone, providing information about services and procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the day.
Requirements
Previous experience in a dental role is preferred but not essential.
Previous experience with R4 is an advantage, however training can be offered to the right candidate.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Excellent communication skills.
A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team setting.
