Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Part-Time Marketing & Content Creator
to manage and grow our digital presence. This role involves creating engaging content for social media, maintaining and updating our website, and supporting general marketing activities to help raise awareness of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and schedule regular posts for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging content (videos, photos, graphics, reels) that reflects our brand and values
Take photos and videos during relevant events or care-related activities (with consent)
Update and maintain our website (basic edits, blog uploads, service updates)
Monitor analytics and suggest ways to improve engagement and reach
Support campaigns for recruitment and local outreach
Ensure all content aligns with our company values and tone of voice
Requirements:
Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
Basic photography and videography skills (smartphone-based is fine if content is professional)
Familiarity with Canva, video editing apps, and basic website platforms (e.g., WordPress or Wix)
Strong written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
An understanding of the care sector or community-focused work (preferred but not essential)
