Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of Nottingham\xe2\x80\x99s leading estate agents to recruit numerous people into their business. Our client is looking for ambitious and motivated professionals looking to help out with a large influx of new business on the viewings and enquiries team. No previous property experience is required, all you need to be successful is an interest in property coupled with a can-do attitude and a desire to be successful. This role will require flexibility with the hours in the week dependant on workload, so wouldn\xe2\x80\x99t be suitable to those with commitments to a timetable. Roles & Responsibilities
- Accompany the client around the property in line with Company guidelines.
- Promote the benefits of the property.
- Feedback to sales staff comments from potential purchasers.
- Assist with Advert writing for properties
- Book in enquiries from website bookings and telephone calls.
- Previous experience working in a professional office environment essential
- Driving Licence essential
- Excellent communication skills
- First class attention to detail
- A committed team player
- Able to manage a busy workload and work to targets
