We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive
Customer Service Administrator
to join our team during evening hours. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, processinng orders, handling enquiries efficiently and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service.
Start after Christmas/New Year.
Monday - Friday
Your main duties will include:
Handling incoming phone calls and email enquiries from customers.
Taking and confirming evening orders, ensuring accuracy of product details and delivery information.
Updating order systems and coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams.
Resolving customer queries and issues quickly and professionally.
Maintaining clear records and administrative documentation
Hours: 6/7pm - 10pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
Work Location: In person
