About the role
Write and develop high-quality, tailored responses to public sector tenders, including PQQs, ITTs, and Mini-Competitions.
Work to a structured delivery schedule
Engage with the Bid Manager to receive feedback and implement refinements throughout the submission process.
Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and quality across all written content, adhering to client deadlines and submission standards.
Conducting research on Local Authorities, geographical areas and completing learning around market and sector to inform bid proposals

Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years' experience
in bid writing, preferably within the
health and social care sector
.
Able to work independently and remotely, while remaining accountable to structured submission schedules.

- Especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint for drafting and formatting proposals.

- Respond promptly to feedback and changing requirements.
Desirable:
Strong evidenced backed experience of writing winning high-quality Selection Questionnaires and tenders
Good understanding of tendering/procurement procedures
Proven track record in completing bids/tenders with accuracy and to tight deadlines.
Familiarity with relevant regulations, compliance standards, and tender portals.
