Job Description

Position: Food Preparation Assistant

Hours: 2 days per week, 10-15 hours total

Location: Regent St, Cambridge

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing a variety of food items according to the menu and dietary requirements.

- Ensure food preparation areas are clean, hygienic, and organised.

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

- Assist with basic cooking tasks, such as chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.

- Support the kitchen team in ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in food preparation or a kitchen environment is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
