Job Summary
We are seeking a Hockey Coach to join our coaching network This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in Hockey coaching and/or playing to inspire and motivate students of various ages and skill levels.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to different age groups and abilities in a Prep School environment Develop customised coaching programmes to improve individual and team performance Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their skills and confidence Ensure the safety of all participants during training and match days by adhering to health and safety guidelines Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages sportsmanship, discipline, and enjoyment of the game Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teacher staff regarding schedules, progress, and upcoming events
Experience
Proven experience in Hockey coaching/playing. Demonstrated ability to teach and motivate individuals of diverse ages and skill levels Knowledge of hockey rules, techniques, and training methods is essential Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan sessions effectively whilst maintaining flexibility for individual needs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 25.00-30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
Work Location: In person
