The Holdcroft Motor Group are looking for an HR Administrator to join our busy HR department. Playing a crucial role within the team to ensure all employee records, HR databases and contracts are up to date ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. This pivotal role will support all wider functions of the HR department including recruitment, payroll and training.
The successful candidate will ensure all new employees into the business receive accurate contracts and a seamless onboarding process - confirming all HR and recruitment documentation is compliant with employment laws. Supporting in various confidential meetings, minute taking and completing reports.
Required skills as a HR Administrator:
Strong experience in an Administration / Support role.
Knowledge and understanding of HR practices, policies and employment legislation (preferred)
Experience of Microsoft and Google programmes.
Previous experience in minute taking and compiling reports.
Strong organisation skills and ability to manage a high volume workload.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
