We are seeking a proactive, people-focused HR Generalist to join our busy food and drink wholesale warehouse. This office-based role will involve working closely with the Managing Director and HR Director/Peninsula to provide hands-on HR support, improve staff communication, and streamline day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage HR administration, employee relations, and compliance.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for warehouse and office staff.
Help improve internal communication, staff engagement, and team morale.
Identify inefficiencies, question costs, and suggest better ways of working.
Work across departments to understand roles and processes, providing insight for business improvement.
Motivate and encourage staff to perform at their best through positivity and support.
Skills and Experience
Minimum 1 year's experience in HR or people administration.
IT literate, confident with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and flexible.
Strong observational skills with commercial awareness and a focus on efficiency.
Experience in warehouse, retail, or FMCG environments is a plus.
